List your gauge choice by order of importance

I'm trying to figure out how to add gauges to my car. I don't have cash to buy all of em at one time so i figure i'd add as money comes along.

So what guagues are the must have, first to last?

I also am wondering if there is a system of where to put certain gauges. Like do some go on the A piller more for a reason?

(i have a Autometer A/C cage that fits 2)
My car is N/A, Automatic Art Carr trans.

any help and opinons will be great i plan t order some on Monday.
from Jegs or Summit?

oil pressure
coolant temp
Wide Band AFR
Trans Temp being thats an auto
Boost Gauge if needed
Tach / speedometer
Fuel Level
Fuel pressure
Bat Voltage
As for placement, its up to you but, when I got my car the coolant temp wasnt working & I heard that the factor oil wasn't that great. I bought a innovative technology LC1 Wide Band with gauge, An oil pressure, & a coolant temp and put those all in a pillar pod with 3 holes.

Well, Ford was nice enough to include the most important for you. Although not as accurate, the exact numbers aren't as important as knowing when they are in range. I would put in what your car didn't come with, and in your case, a trans temp gauge would be the first one. It's hard to tell if your trans is overheated, until it really is, and an overheated auto trans is a bad, bad thing. Put one of those in and notice how differently it performs at different tempratures.
