Locked Up Rear Wheel On Front Wheel Drive Mazda. Help

Locked up rear wheel on 92 mazda protege tried soaking the hell out of it with wd 40, hitting it with hammer even drove the car around a bit with the wheel locked up, car has been sitting a while the other rear wheel unlocked easy

tried putting some rope thru the rim and a long bar and turning it but the rope broke, anyone got any ideas?

92 Protégé should be drum brake. You try opening the bleeder and see if it releases? Was the parking brake on the whole time it was sitting. Possible the parking brake paw has the shoe locked against the drum. I would try to pull the drum off.
 
Make sure the e-brake cable isn't frozen on, too. Have a helper mess around with it, you should be able to see if it is moving. My 93 LX had rear brakes that were partially locked on from rusted e-brake cables.

Worst case scenario, destroy the drum removing it. It's basically a Ford Escort so you can't be that worried about it :)
