bust out the duplicolor and 1000 grit and a buffer, some carpet cleaner and a tune up and i think it'd be a cool little pos. mabye an svo turbo setup afterwards

Agreed. Offer 500.00 and go from there. Looks like it will be quite a bit of work though.
