lookin for a 9 in rear end and need some help, i need to know the measurements for a rear end that will fit, i am currently looking at some on ebay and im hessitant to buy from ebay but i have founf a few. but i do not know if they will fit under my 65, so if you could help me out by letting my know what cars have rearends that would fit, that would be very helpful.

and if there is anyone out there willing to sell me one i will consider of course.

If you want one to fit under the 65 w/o narrowing it, look for a 57-59 Ford, 70's Granadas, Monarch, and Lincoln Versailles. The Lincoln has disc brakes and is pricier. Good hunting !

there was also an article on all ford 9" in Mustangs and Fords magazine, im sure you can go to their website and archive it.

costs a bit more $$ however summit has some 9" rears that are made to bolt on to an original frame, no weldind cutting or fabrication, i think this is the route im taking with my 65
