It’s time to have the emissions checked again on the S281. The shop I used to take all my cars to for years has changed ownership and the new people are outright afraid to smog a Saleen. Anyone have a place they have used in Orange County?
I can't recommend a smog shop in OC. But i can tell you that smog
checks on a Saleen are no different than any other car. All the guys
up here in Ventura and Los Angeles countys get them smogged all the time.
If you changed your H pipe to an ex pipe with two cats it may fail. Mine
had barely passed in last May because of the cats. This has been my
experience.

Thanks, Barry. I know the Saleen can be smogged just like any other car and it was done two years ago without any problem but believe it or not, some shops are still unaware of this. I am not going to waist my time trying to convince and educate them.
