Looking for road courses and a skid pad?

Where or is their a list of road courses for the southeast? I live in FL. but do not mind a little drive. I know Sebring there is a Georgia motorsprts one but other than that I have no I idea for tracks that holds open track and hot laps for cars without a cage in it. So If you know one despite the mileage of the track let me know please. I would also like to find a skid pad and see what g's she can pull anyways thanks!

road course in orlando also has a drag strip as well...there is an open track event on the 27th of this month...its road course time attack... ill be there

I knew there was a course somewhere near Orlando, only if I didn't have plans I would probably register my car.

IDK if they would bump my car to modified because I do not have stock seats or not.

not sure what class theyd put you in but i know its an event for stock to highly modified cars.. either way youd get to run..

Ya, it looks like they promise around 5 sessons at 8-12 laps each. I just don't want to get paired with highly modified cars and get lapped, I've been to a Sebring one where they did that to my buddies S2000. But, this is a smaller track. I've been Auto Xing twice, and had a blast, I actually think my car is closer to an open track car because of the gearing and braking mods my car has.

they had the class listings and rules on the classes as well...maybe that will help you find out shich class theyd put you in

It will, I just wish I hadn't made plans..ugh. I looked at the class listings and they claim for the modified to run stock seats, which I have the reclining Corbeaus, so IDK.

Definitely watching that site for future track days. Me and my buddy in a S2000 will most definitely go...

Well I got road Atlanta up here about 30 minutes from my place. And I want to skid pad mine as well when I finish my rear control arms and panhard bar.

There is CMP (Carolina motorsports park) probably to far a drive, but is a fun course ive had my car out on it before, they have drivers ed where you ride with an instructor, I was out with all kinds of cars and got lapped since ive done nothing to my suspension but I had a blast and did manage to pass a newer BMW 3 Series somehow
