Lost all turn Signals

I lost all turn signals and suspect a Bad Flasher, my dilema is that I have the whole dash board apart and cannot find the flasher. Any ideas where it is located? This is on a 65 Ragtop. All turn signals were working fine and then all of a sudden they all quit working.

Jeeze, ya should have come here before tearing the dash apart. It's in a clip on the firewall side of the LH fresh air vent. Out and in in 30 seconds.
