Um... I just kinda skimmed, but if you're asking if 60s are big enough to support what you're trying to do, the answer is yes. In fact, they're everything else in your fuel system is a weaker link.
To answer the question you asked up front, I think you'll pick up another 50rwhp if you turn another 1000 RPM. I'm not sure where the cam peaks or where the blower maxes out, but unless you run out of cam or blower you'll make the power. That said, I agree with the rest. Don't spin that thing too high. You might be best off shifting at 5500-6k and keeping that block alive.
