MAC TB/Plenum install and problems

Dragon has throttle bodies and uppers.

Problem with making a lower is that the expense is significant, and there isn't much power there.

The lowers that are out there are picking up less than 20hp, and just a plenum gets you more than half of that with 10% of the cost.
Thanks for the input. I only asked because I heard some where that Dragon was going to work on a project lower intake to go with their upper intake elbow. The intakes I believe you're thinking of that are very expensive are the Fox Lake, Reichard Racing, and Bullit intake setups. Yes, I will agree, they are very expensive for what little power they add, especially to n/a applications. Some people even loose power with them n/a. However, companies like Purple Racing and Hi performance Solutions are working on lower intakes that are half or less the price of the above intakes, with hopes of making close to the same power. I've been looking into the HPS intake setup myself. Whatever lower intake I'm getting(HPS is what I'll probably end up going with), I'll be sure to do a before and after dyno test with 3 solid pulls on each intake setup. Then, we'll know the truth of the matter. I'll be sure to report back with the results, whenever this takes place.
