MAF question

Will a 94/95 MAF be the best to run on my 93 ecu with gt40s,cobra intake,f-303,65mmTB,19lbs injectors,1.6 rollers,t-5,and 4.10 ratio just trying to upgrade thanks

You'd have to get some tuning done to make the MAF function correctly with yours...I'm pretty sure the maps between them are different. It should probably run, but I think you'll run into some weird issues without correcting the MAF transfer voltages and rates. But, that can all be fixed by a trip to your tuner

They are different.. But pretty close.. It will work but not optimal.

I am running one on my car right now, and have been for about 2 years. The first year I ran it without a tune, without any issues. The Maf transfers are pretty close between the 55mm and the 70mm.. Just make sure the sensor is clean. I was running a dirty Maf for a while and the tune was all over the place because the Maf wasn't reading correctly. I cleaned the sensor, the car would barely run after that. I had the tune fixed up, now it runs good. So just make sure it is clean.. I used electrical parts cleaner and a q- tip.. Be careful when you do it.
