Use the sensor from the Lightning MAF.

ALL Ford MAF meters are a system, and should not be swapped around.

Keep the Lightning sensor with the LMAF.

How is the ecu going to be tuned?

I think what my friend here is trying to say (hiya btw vristang. LTNS), is that "yes" it can be done but the transfer curve for the resulting mass air meter will need to be mapped and then a custom chip burned so that EEC knows how to respond to the new signal set. They are NOT directly swappable.
 
yes that is what i was asking bc he is currently running a c&l 75 and was wanting to use the bigger housing thanks
