MagnaFlows with H?

............ we do have a sound clip of a 90 Mustang LX with shorty equal length headers, our catted X pipe and our Magnaflow catback on our website-

Take that sound, make it a little deeper and you have the catted H pipe-

Hope that helps-

Brent

Thanks BTW-

Yes, I love the sound above 3500 too, but I'd like to get a little deep down lown also (have my cake and eat it too I guess).

I always wondered if that '90 LX on the sound clip had any engine work done to it (heads, cam, etc) besides exhaust to make it breath better, or if it was a stocker???

Thanks for all your input Brent :nice:

I've got a catted H with Dynomax super turbos on stock heads and stock intake with a mild E cam and I love the way it sounds 99% of the mustangs around here are flowmasters so my sounds unique. Growl and grumble when i drive normally and loud and mean when i get on it. Magna flows are a good choice in Muffler I know for sure as far as power is concerned But I prefer flows or dynomaxs for sound.

The Mustang in the clip is one of my coworkers, so I can tell you exactly what is done to the car-

It has shorty equal lenght headers, catted X pipe, Magnaflow catback, pulleys, throttle body-

(it also has a ton of suspension work- car is set up more for carving canyons then drag racing)

As far as having your cake and eating it too- yep thats what it comes down too-

Unfortunately we have to choose- I personally took the X pipe route because sound wise I couldnt make up my mind so I decided to choose the route that made a few more hp- but thats just me-

I like the way it sounds both ways though, so either way you cant go wrong-

Thanks
