I'm sure this had been talked about til people have been blue in the face, but I'm getting tuning done this spring, and want everything in place. What I got is TrickFlow cnc 185 heads, stage 2 cam and their track heat intake. Running a fender cold air kit, 355 gears, 5-speed, A9P computer, fuel pressure regulator, all MSD ingnition components 1 5/8 shorties, 2 1/2 off road X pipe, 2 1/2 Mac after cat, and a 100 horse push button yet to be installed.
My question is: I currently have both 70 and 75mm throttle bodies, 30lb injecors, and am yet to purchase a new mass air meter, but am leaning toward the 80mm cobra one off ebay. The other option of course is the lightning. YOUR THOUGHTS???
The motor probably will get stroked to 331 before spring yet, to build a better bottom end for the trickflow nitrous kit, so I would like that to be considered as well. I know I need at least the 70mm, but would the 75 be better suited even though there is no blower or turbo?
