greetings again people. anyone have clue to what is the best Mass Air Flow Meter for a 2000 V-6 stang? and how much more power will it give?

As long as your car is essentially stock, the factory MAF is the best one. You might gain 1/10 HP by upgrading, but it's not worth it now
