Mass air meter question

Hey guys I just scored a set of 24# injectors for ultra cheap. I'm going to be using a wet nitrous kit soon so thats a good score. Anyway do yall' know if I use a mass air meter from a 99 cobra since it's calibrated for 24's will it allow for me to use the 24's injectors on my 96 GT. Also is there a size difference in the housings? I know the 96-98 cobra housings are the same size caouse I compared them to my own but the local parts store didnt have a 99-01 in stock for me to compare. Thought I'd ask since yall' guys seem to know your SOHC's Thanks, CLINT

you will need a tune to use the Cobra maf and 24lb injectors. Ford mafs are calibrated in the computer, not the maf itself. if the computer doesn't know it has a different maf or injectors, your a/f ratio will be off.

im pretty sure you can just have a local dyno shop tune your comp. for the 24s without doing a MAF swap. plus a tune will do you some good.

On the other hand y r u worried about injectors on a wet kit. ive seen guys detune because they were running pig rich with a wet kit on a stock GT.

Id sell them and turn profit
