I was just at the inspection station getting my contour done it's the same garage that does all my cars and did teh mustang as well. He was telling me that he just got back from the meeting last week with the state they had for inspectors. They will only be doing safety inspections on OBD 1 cars 1995 and older no more emission testing no dyno & no tail pipe 



, although they can still do a check for cats and smog
what that has to do with safety, but like he said doubt anyone will take the time becuase if the car passes safety no one was clear on if they could fail for no cats LOL freaken state.
next drop in that carbed 347 stroker or a loppy cam and a set of heads boys no more sniffers

Years gone by, dude. You should see the safety laws too. If you're out of windshielf washer fluid, you'll FAIL because you can't prove your squirters are operable. No front plate = fail too. I even failed recently w/my G35 because the clear, plastic cover to one tail light bulb was missing. The bulb still lit up and the plate was perfectly visible at night, but that doesn't matter.
