I'm currently in the process of taking out my interior so I can replace the carpet, add a rear seat delete, paint the rest of the interior black and install my summit racing seats. I have 2 options right now with the carpet. I can get the massback for $190 or get the regular carpet for $115 and use sound deadening while its all apart. I'm not sure which route to go. Is the mass back really worth the extra $75 or should I just use that money towards some sound deadening? I don't plan on going crazy with the sound deadening because I don't want add a lot of weight or spend a fortune on it. thanks

I wouldnt do either... I would just get the normal carpet... Nothing will really quiet up a vert. Im going to dynamat under where the rear seats were. Without anything there the mufflers are loud. As soon as i chucked my rear seat delete to test fit it quieted up a bit.

i did the massback...besides sound (only a little), it is more "plush" and seems like it is more durable. The extra stiffness does cause it to require a touch more effort to get the carpet lined up and in place. Very nice addition. Once you spend the extra chips and get it, you'll be glad you did.
