Max lowering without bags...

Well, I got my winter car today, and I am no longer afraid to lower my stang. Whats the best way to lower your stang A LOT? Shame on me for saying it, but I love seeing the imports that are like only a few inches off the ground, I think that looks hot as hell.

Is there anyway to get that look without putting it on bags? I cant afford a lot, but I would be willing to drop like $500 on this project. Oh btw, 245/40/18 's front and back, i dont want to have to roll the fender or any body modification...So how low can I go, and how should I do it? Thanks for the info. dude the lowest i would go is 2 inchs! other then that is way to much! IMO

Maybe so, I just need some opinions...In that case the 2" drop would best be obtained with which brand of springs?

i have the eibach sportline's they nice lower 2 in and have awesome handling and looks great!

I assume you have aftermarket caster camber plates? What kind?

If you are anyway worried about performance i wouldnt go with anything more that a 2" drop Check out the H&R SS Springs http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=491129

You could just get whatever springs you want and cut a coil off, or two. Couldnt you? If thats what you really want to do. I'm fine with my 1 3/4" I would be nervous with daily driving beng lower than that.

Okay, so if I go with a 2 inch drop, what caster camber plates should I get? Is one brand better than others, seems like a lot of people have Steeda, is that pretty much the standard when lowering the pony? If so, which one, steedas website has 3 different kinds...

Ive always heard Maximum Motorsports has really good CC plates, ill be getting some when I get more funds
