Megasquirt Ignition Question

I've been tuning my s trim car with tunerstudio. Im starting to do some wot pulls and I think Im getting detonation on the top end. But my timing under boost is only 20*.
What I don't know is if tunerstudio or the megasquirt takes in account the 10* of base timing in the dizzy? I know a few guys here are using this setup.

I used the quarterhorse and I believe it did. But it was mustang specific.
