No, it's not the exhaust. I just had a whole new system headers xpipe catback and it still makes this tin like vibration. It is only when i am driving, not parked revving the engine. I thought it might be the disc brake shield, but it wasn't loose. Any ideas??

I guess the best way to describe it is the tinny rattle sound you hear from a loose heat shield on the cats, but it only makes this sound while moving @ 2000 rpms. I know it is on the passenger side.

Would a wheel bearing do this?

I had to replace the front wheel hub bearing assemblies on both sides of my GT. It is not hard. Its easily checked, get the car up and see if there is any in and out movement of the wheel. There should be zero. Even the slightest movement indicates failure.

The sound was only when driving, not parked. It didn't matter what gear it was in, at 2000 rpms it would always make that sound. I messed with the brake shield by pulling on that hub. The sound did go away before then it didn't make the noise until 2500 rpms. Then it went back to 2000 rpms. I have the parts now for the hub. I hate working outside when its cold. If it gets above 32 degrees i will put it on.

I have the exact same issue. Same RPM's too. I tried the bending the dust shields on the brakes last week and the vibration changed to 2800 RPM for a few days. Please post up if you are able to resolve this. That vibration is driving me nuts.

I have the same issue here as well, it sounds like marbles in a tin can right around 2000-2500 rpm. I have a feeling mine is the cats, not 100% on that though. I wish I would have checked the brake dust sheilds when I put the snow tires on last week. The noise is driving me nuts too, keep us posted.

 I have been fighting with that same type of noise on that same side for about a month now :bang:... Except mine comes on around 3500-4000rpm in every gear (not sure about 5th, haven't gone that fast since). I have no clue what it is, it just started out of the blue one day

If you find out what it is then let me know.
