Meth Injection

I've been reading about meth. injection alot lately and really am leaning towards it. There seems to be no problems with it and it only helps prevent detonation. I just can't seem to spend $300 on a little resevor tank and a windshield pump...

Has anyone made their own kit or does anyone have that link to making one lying around? I can't find anything...Thanks!

I know there used to be alot of info on GN forums about home made meth inj. kits, might want to check out SVTperformance...maybe.

I remember a post a good bit back about making a kit and it had really good info on how to. Its been years though so I dont know if a search would help.

I've been looking into it as well. Not so much making my own, but running the kit.

The snow performance kit worked extremely well. I like to think that I had my tune on the rather dangerous side...but I NEVER had any kind of detonation what so ever. I actually have no doubt in my mind I could have bumped my WOT timing up even more and would have no probs...didn't want to risk it though. My A/F was a good bit lower at WOT and the boost activated switch was another big plus.

I believe you could make one fairly easily. Get a pump, a coolant bottle, some hose, and a nozzle. Wire it up to a switch. It's prolly not as easy as I make it out to be...but it couldn't be TOO hard.
