I will try and make it. I think I will still have about 30 hours of paid vacation still after my cruise next week. By the time Sept. rolls around I hope to have my suspension mostly squared away too. Sounds like a good time to test it!

From house to track is showing 1204 miles. I have friends in Toledo, OH. Perhaps I could visit and shack up a night up and back

Darkfire and I have virtually the same distance to travel. We may have to meet up and go together assuming I can for sure make it!

Definitely. I believe we're talking both S197's, so it'd be cool to have a little Caravan. I forget you live around here. Where do you live?

Kool, if you're coming via I-80, you should stop here and meet up with us to caravan.

Judging by the directions, I will be heading to northern Ohio and picking up I80. I would definitely like hooking up and adding another Stang to the cruise

I live in Dewitt but I work in Davenport. That would be cool with me. If you want I'll PM you my cell number. Also, yes I do have a black S197 that is dreadfully stock at the moment. Hopefully that will change by the time this comes around though.

Cool stuff, both of you. I meant, TAKING both S197's BTW. lol I meant I believe we're taking our 2005 and 2007. Whenever I try to type taking, it comes out talking. meh. Anyways, we definitely will all need to meet up, then. Unless I can get the day off, I believe we'll be departing around 6PM Friday.

When it gets a little closer, PM me your cell# Towelly. I'll probably lose it right now.

Whether you get your car built up or bring it stock, it'll be a fun time.

Haha.. Well I appear to have jinxed myself. Last night I managed to blow up the stock clutch when hitting a REALLY hard 3rd gear.. So a new Spec 2+ clutch has been ordered from Brenspeed to ensure I make it to MMM... and holy cow a destroyed clutch sure has a nasty smell!!
