Well I sold the cobra. A guy offered me a very large amount for it and I took it. I have found 2 99-04 GT's that I'm looking at buying. You guys will approve of either one. Don't want to get my hopes up to much, but one makes 552rwhp, and the other makes 668rwhp. I will keep you all updated.

Lmao. He offered me significantly more for the car than I had in it. So I sold it.

Well, one is a 99 GT with a Big Bore boss block, TFS heads, and a Vortech YSI @ 19psi, made 668rwhp. The other is a 2000gt with a MPH built short block and a Vortech T trim @ 16psi, made 552rwhp.

I also found another one last night. 2000 GT convertible with a built Teksid block and a Revolution Performance turbo kit with a precision 70mm. Made mid 500 to the wheels.

At this point I'm just trying to decide on the best bang for the buck.

i would go with the 99gt w/ frpp boss block and tfs heads fo sho.

my logic: forged frpp boss block from mmr with all the bells and whistles is around 5k, tfs top end kit is around 3k, add blower / intercooler....... im also assuming it already has a built trans and rear. basically, it is already a solid platform. you could probably even get away with spraying it too (not necessary with 670 rwhp but hey why not)...

All 3 people found locals to buy them. So I am in the market looking for something.

Are you only looking for 2v 1999-2004 GT's or are you interested in Mach 1's, bullitts or even a 2005+ 3v GT?

If I could do it all over again I would of been more patient and looked for a Mach or NA Cobra. Here in NY Terminators are stlll way expensive!

I hear ya! When I was looking for my Mustang, I had a shot at a 98 Cobra...it was in a little bit worse shape but now that I look back, I wish I would have just gave it some TLC
