A buddy and I plan on going racing Sept 25 and want to run some good times. I thought about mixing some race gas(103-106 octane)?? and 92 octane and bumping my timing from 10-14*. What are some suggestions if any on mixing the gas and timing?
After the races, I'll set my timing back to 10*(depending on how I like 14*). Will there be a problem running 10* with the left over mixture of race and 92 octane? I usually run 86-87 without any problems.
My friend already has his timing at 14*, but I'll have to change mine if we find someone with a timing light.
