Mods On Speed Density 5.8l

I talked to my Mustang tuner shop about doing something with my speed density 5.8L 95 F150. He told me that without a MAF conversion, not much could be done. You can probably get away with simple cold air kits, underdrive pulleys and exhaust after the converters. I realize that won't gain to much though.
