More rear valance help needed

If I were currently rebuilding my car I'd be a bigger gap nazi than he is
Hold that thought, I've only done half of it, still need to do the valance side, it'll be a whole lot tighter than that
I would have done it in one shot but my valance also has a cat's eye curve to it for some reason?
I got to the valance side today, it may not be the way it looked like on the show room floor, but this is what suits my eye. Needs final finishing but you can see the gap I was aiming at, basically a spark plug gap
