Hey im the Master of Black RTV. I use gaskets when possible but RTV has never failed. Obviously theres some things RTV doesn't belong on.
#8 might have been from the rtv but the others were where the bbk gasket cracked, Also the gaskets were a little big for the stock exhuast port on the head. I was previously using copper gaskets but they leaked too. Now Im running felpro 1514 or 1415 what ever it is.
