What would be better...build a 2v and have brand new forged internals and top end kit with procharger or get a used terminator motor...
I figured build my 2v so I no everything is new and not have to chance getting a messed up used cobra motor I don't no just taking suggestions

The wiring, exhaust, computer and engine mounting( does it bolt up to the original tranny?)at the very least have to be addressed and if you are unlucky enough to be in an emission testing state you might have to deal with them. Would be awesome when done though.

Many ways to do a coyote swap with I think relatively minor modifications. A full control unit is sold for the swap. You can go brand new everything which I think costs anywhere from 11-13K with professional installation. Then if you are skilled and can complete the task yourself you can go dirt cheap and find a wrecked mustang or even F150 and go to town. I believe the trans bolts up and there is some custom exhaust needed for the cat back to fit right otherwise just some relocating of a few things under the hood and I think your gauge cluster or some of it will not work anymore with the swap.

Building/buying the 2v will be better than a stock 03 engine and much more economical than a Coyote swap. Do some reading about the Coyote swap; there are many dissatisfied owners. It isn't just a drop in and go deal and many times doesn't run well. Buying a short block is generally cheapest and is backed if purchased from a reputable builder.
