This is big time off-topic, but I would bet the farm that 99% of the people on the II forum are Dukes of Hazzard Fans. The Dukes was my favorite show when I was young. When I saw the trailors for the new movie, I had very, very low expectations. I figured it would be really, really bad. I am not sure if it was because of my low expectations or what, but I loved it! It was really well done. The producers poked some fun, but they didn't mock it. (Like the Startski & Hutch movie). They made a very sincere attemp to make it politically correct with out wrecking it. The General's stunt scenes were nothing short of amazing. At the end of the movie they show the stunt out-takes or bloopers and they were worth the price of admission alone!

If none of what I have written has convinced you to see it, there is a really kool GT 500 Shelby in it, and oh ya Jessica Simpson in Daisy Duke Shorts

da-nah..nah.nah..nah...da-nah ...nah..nah...nah..nah Yee Ha! :D

I'll rent it when I have nothing else to watch.
Did you know that the series plot was stolen from a black and white movie about moonshiners in the forties? "The General" in that movie was a MULE! :rlaugh:

I pretty much missed all of these, I was too busy out causing trouble. At least according to some.

Hey Blue Thunder you forgot the other fighter helicopter show was it not called Blue Thunder?? (seriously) :rlaugh:

I want to build a Kitt replica. The 1983 Trans-Am would be easy enough, finding the Pontiac 14" hubcaps that everbody lost or tossed out would be harder. Hey I wonder if the Ontario "Knight" vanity plate is still available?? Nah that half steering wheel would drive me nuts. My 1984 Chrysler E-class talked alot, it drove me nuts! "Your door is a jar.......Your door is a jar..........Your door is ajar...........She had a sexy voice though??
