I HOPE to do it this year. Is there anyplace that lists the safety equipment needed to participate?? I have a Vert, I do have a helmet, just hope it is current enough...

I think you need a SA2000 or newer helmet and you need a roll bar with a vert. Call one of the names on the application and ask them.

You can run a 'vert with out a roll bar, but they will limit you to novice class. Total blast though , Just ask Slightly_Insane! Uh...Craig....we just ran half the session with the A/C on.... This will be the 3rd year for me. Getting some work finished on the car just for this event

Don't worry about the stock suspension. They will set the heats up based on driver AND car abilities I am sure. I heard the same thing about the roolbar, it is the helpmet that is the prblem I think mine is 96 or 98 rated :-(

I have been to several Alfa club track days and had a blast. They don't have enough members to justify the track rental by themselfs so they invite others to come out, great bunch of people and they are way more serious about their setups than the Mustang croud. It's fun to get on the track with all the different cars that show up, Vetts, Porsches, Alfas, Cobras and just about everything else.

That was fun mmm wonder if i put a "5.0" on my wagon they would let me run hehe... or some how took a large picture of ford 2.3 turbo and layed it over the top of the motor.

Dane, It is not likely Drew will be driving as he is still dealing with some longterm tuning issues (pinging at the top end). He picked up a tweecer but has not had time to start messing with it. He did mention that he might be out to hitch some rides. Have you convinced the 'Man' to bring out the Mystic to the OT yet?
