Ended under buying a pair of Spectra straps. St63 is the part number...$17 shipped off eBay. Mine are pretty rough...literally. I'll give them a shot. Straps can always be swapped out later

As much as I want to paint them black, I've stared at the natural finish for years on my car. I may paint them Aluminum in color.

Just need a pickup. Can't decide which one to buy.

I think I have some por-15 left over for the tank. I need to look.

Parts should be here next week...but wife is t-minus 8 days to her due date....so might be busy.

New fuel tank arrived. I was going to paint it, but the entire tank is coated in a thick, waxy substance. I'd need to degrease the tank completely first.

FedEx beat up the box but tank survived

All other necessary parts currently ordered and in transit.

Tank painted up, cover painted, new straps painted, new tank foams, and cleaned up the wiring. I just need a little dielectric grease for the connections

Just need to install my walbro 190lph pump in the new Spectra pickup. Quality on this piece is pretty damn good. No complaints. Just need a quiet night to assemble this, then put it in the tank and get ready to toss it back up.

A couple little odds and ends. Need new clips for the fuel lines and one will release with enough tugging. I definitely want those lines secure.

So, tackled the pump. Pretty straightforward.

But, slight oops. I ordered a Spectra FG30B which is apparently for an SN95 with 3/8" feed line piping. Fox is 5/16"

Hmm....

Edit: Spectra FG30A is the correct fox specific hanger with 5/16" supply. FG30B is 94-97 with 3/8" supply

A little tight to the baffle. Should work ok.

Seated home. Gotta snag some dielectric grease

The pickup came with misc fuel line clips, so I replaced the clips in the return line and she holds tight now.

Here's my problem child. I need to see if an SN95 line will work. I seem to remember the fuel filter on the SN95s is a bit smaller, so unsure if the body end of an SN95 line will clip to the fox fuel filter. Does anyone know of a solution I could go with...other than converting it all to AN lines.

My hard lines are already brand new. I swapped them out when did my rear axle and t5 swap.

From what I read, the fuel filter was the same 84-97, so really all I need is a 94-97 supply line hose and I can just clip it on.

Problem is been searching eBay and the net and can't find one.

Edit: LRS doesn't have that line solo

Yeah, a little bummed they misled on the description. I'd return it but I already hacked up the wiring and installed it.

Cheapest I found an FG30A for is $67, so whatever solution I come up with needs to cost less than that. Easiest would be a 94-97 supply line.

Anyone out there parting out a 94-97?

Well, found a pic of 94-97 lines. Nothing like fox lines.

Can I have the 5/16" end swapped out for 3/8"? Is there a place that I can send the line to to have this done?

I just priced out using AN fitting for this one line, and it would cost as much as a new hanger. I'd rather try and get the least amount of connections possible to avoid possible failure points

Two of those quick connect ends I posted earlier and a section of fuel line-you would already be done :D

Yeah....I just realized what you meant. That's the route I'm going now.

I ordered a Dorman 800-082 3/8" fitting for $8. Just need to confirm the fuel filter side. Is that 5/16" as well?

I wonder if I can just add the 3/8" fitting to the OEM line?

So I busted my fuel door release handle a while back. That bothered me.

Saw one on eBay cheap, robbed the handle off it and good as new!

Yeah I know 90% of people wouldn't care about this part...but I do. I tried to fix it with fishing line but the way it secures, I couldn't do it easily.

Fuel line fitting showed up, but I ordered it for 3/8" plastic tubing. Fox line is 5/16"

Fitting will be here Monday now

Im in the same boat. My fuel pickup wont be here until Tuesday, coming from friggin CA. I should have paid more attention about where it was coming from. Would have paid an extra $10 for one that would have allowed me to get the car finished this weekend.
