Mustangtuning.com

I ordered a Mach1 chin Spoiler on 5/12/04 and I still have not recieved it! I got the confirmation email and it says it's shipped but when I try to track it through their site it gives no information on it. I have sent 2 emails and recived no reply on either! WTF are they doing?! This has to be the worst customer service I've ever had! My credit card has been billed but I still have nothing for it!!!! Has anyone else had problems with them? I just wanted to vent and hopefully they would read this and ship my Fu*king chin spoiler!!!

don't worry. Actually a ton of people have had the exact opposite expierence w/ them. Not me though. Relax hell I ordered a chin spoiler to my office over a year ago, and it was thrown in the trash by our office manager. I still don't have one, but lost the $$.

I have had nothing but great dealings with them...give them some time to respond as they are pretty busy. You will get your chin spoiler don't worry.

they accept no liability b/c "technically" we are not supposed to have anything delivered to us at work. Now ya tell me. Everyone else does it all the time. Never again for me. It was opened by I don't know whom, and it was so light some moron looked inside it, and thought it was empty. Never really got the full story I'm sure.

The Chin spoilers are out-of-stock pretty much everywhere, thats probably the problem. You might wanna try calling them instead of e-mail, tends to get answers quicker for me. - mark

Guys, we did have our problems getting the chin spoilers but they finally arrived and everybody who ordered one has gotten it shipped. If someone would like to call, I can have a tracking number waiting for them.

No need to worry, Pete over there will get it to you. Hes really an awesome guy to deal with and Ive never had a problem with him not answering my emails at all. From what I know the people he gets the chins from arent fun to deal with and they tell keep telling Pete that they are coming in.

I have my tracking number but when I track it I get nothing. No departure, no arrival, no nothing. i will try to email pete with my tracking number and see if he can help me. I always heard they rocked and that's why I used them. Since I wasn't getting any responses from them I thought a post on here would get me somewhere. Hopefully it was just some glitch in their system but I knew a post on here would get me some help. Thanks for all the replies and I did not mean to bash them so much, it is just very frustrating.

why do people drive scions and not real cars?
why do people troll on forums?
why do people post here under pseudonyms when it's really overplayed?

When someone runs a web based business, email should be considered a primary form of communication. It should be responded to just as quickly as a phone call. :damnit:

that's not as bad as telling thousands of people they "suck" over your one e-mail IMO. Patience my friend. You have / had no reason to believe they screwed you over.

I have great service from them, order my tri-ax shifter on a Friday afternoon, and had it in my hand by Wednesday. Not bad for free delivery!
