i think they're great...haven't had any problems with them.

My only suggestion is that they improve their online ordering system/shopping cart. I never got a tracking number for my order, but it was delivered promptly. The tracking number didn't show up on my order status page either.

I dont see why people shouldnt post their complaints about businesses on here. Whats wrong with it? We dont want another Ronnie Diaz kind of situation. Hell if someone didnt come on here and post a complaint about Diaz then i doubt all those people wouldnt have realized how big of a problem it really was. But you really didnt need to be so harsh.
