Any thoughts?

Ok, I have a conundrum here, I was going to start on the rear end removing the seam sealer. The grandchildren have gone home, I'm a little bleary eyed and am not sure which of these three to start using first.![]()
Any thoughts?

All I know is.......![]()

Taking a little bit longer to finish off the seam sealer than my wife likes, so I'm just a breath away from finishing. I'm afraid my wife will snatch that last breath from my dying body if I don't stop, so here's today's progress.![]()
I got almost all of the old seam sealer off. I used my drimmel to get in the tight corners.
No real rust to speak of except for in the spare tire area, and it was just surface rust.
I'll finish the little bit on the right rear wheel well area tomorrow.
I have to wash the interior down before I will be able to roll out the POR 15.
It's supposed to warm back up to the sixties here on Wednesday, so I'll shoot to POR it then.
If you are sharp, you will notice where the floor is tweaked a bit from beating the hell out of the wheel wells. I want 285's and no rubbing problems.
Here's some photos for you guys that don't read text:
Holy crap, you let that wheel hit you!? Jeez that had to hurt, as John Levitz and Billy Crystal would say,"I hate when that happens".All I know is.......
I'm soo glad it's you doing all that, and not me.
I played that tune two years ago, and it sucked.
I was particularly fond of removing the stray pieces of wire out of my clothes, and skin that flew off that wheel at 13000 RPM.

Not a chance brother. My son would have my ass. he wants my truck so bad it physically hurts him to wait. I've got to get this car running. Any more delays and lots of people will swarm upon me and cause great pain to my person. While its apart, and the floor is already tweaked, and you wanna run a fat tire-and since you have a welder... Wheel tubs..
@madmike1157 has a cool way of doing them (at least I think it was him lol.)

Nope, not that, thanks though. How's the weather in Iowa?Fuel tank strap mount?
It goes through the frame underneath the rear, right above where the diff tubes are. I'll remember eventually. Has large threads like it might hold a rubber bumper, I just don't recall that.I was going to say "clevis for holding down the jack handle".

Did you get to the game with your son?

60's! In Iowa?! Wow, that will be nice. The weather has been decent. All the snow has melted off, save for the big piles from being plowed. Last Saturday was sunny and 56 degrees, and this Saturday is supposed to be sunny and 60 degrees. For February in Iowa, that basically feels like summer! We did go to the game. He had fun, but was ready to go home back to his new toys by half time. I tried telling him we would most likely never have 4th row seats for the number 1 nationally ranked team (at the time) ever again, but he didnt care. Im not a huge sports guy, and he had school the next day, so it was fine. Was actually great getting out and having ZERO game traffic to deal with.
