Build Thread My 1986 T-top Build - Lasting Memories

Ah well, I have a little trimming on the top of the panel to do before I can weld it in. Don't think I should do any grinding at this time of the day though, unless, of course, I don't wish to have certain family jewels to stay in tact.
Luckily I have about three thousand holes on the driver's side I can weld up first.

Ok, off to the garage.
I get to spend the afternoon with a gaggle of fourteen year old girls at the mall! Wheee!!! My wife promised my daughter for her birthday that we would take her and her friends to the mall to do whateverinthehell girls do in the mall. How did I get included in this?!
THAT could be quality Doby time for me!

You ain't that old,.......Not if you can get up before 6, AND go into the garage and work. I have to sit around for a couple of hours till the rest of the house wakes up because the garage is directly beneath the house. Unless I'm building a plastic model down there (which is never what I'd be doing) the noise police won't allow it.

Holes are welded up, wife is awake, time to trim the top of the new panel.
