Go to the auto parts store. There is this new stuff that freezes and lubricates the bolt. It instant freezes the rust to make microscopic cracks in it that the lubricant can seep into and then you can bust it loose
Just remember you have to spray the bolt for like 5 seconds straight.

And you know if you contact your bank and the funds were electronicaly withdrawn then you should be able to get it back. Did you go online and check your account to see where the money was removed from or what company charged it? I coverd my tracks really well so I dont think you will find anything.
