So it seems a progress thread is in order. I bought the car a few months ago and plan to start working on it in the next few weeks. It's an 86 T-Top GT all stock. My plans for the motor are a Trick Flow top end kit, bored .030, Trick Flow pistons, convert to mass air with an 80mm MAF, 70 or 75mm TB, 24# injectors and of course the A9L computer. I need a bigger fuel pump but not sure what to go with just yet. I'm also in the process of picking an exhaust system but not sure what exactly I want yet. Seems like the Super 44 mufflers have a nice sound to them, so I might go with them. What about headers? Shorties..Long Tubes?? Any suggestions?
Once the engine is done, I'll redo the entire interior and then get it painted.
