I dont even think they have a word for how loud it is now. Ungodly?

I got my O/R H-Pipe put on today and MAN this thing is LOUD. So I have NOTHING restriction my exhaust, no mufflers or cats. My cats must have been clogged really bad cause it definately freed up some power.

An off road pipe will always free up good power. That doesnt mean ur cats were clogged though.

That's funny Eric....with the summit H and 40 flows I set all kinds of alarms off......... better get some type of mufflers on there before you attract the "wrong" kind of attention....

From an older perspective like Will's, I think you might get tired of it at some point. At least some little mufflers in the H might quite things down......

That said, I drove a car with raw sidepipes for some years, along with unhelmeted riding of big bikes with loud exhausts.

Enjoy!

I use to have something like that.. just an O/R h-pipe.. no turndowns or anything.. It was 'effin' loud and I got tired of it.. so i threw a set of flowmaster 40's on... now I want something louder but donno what to put on.

JT..........why do "I" have to be old???? .....I'm trying to relive my childhood........"without the juvenile detention"........
And it's NOT my fault that LED Z, Motorhead, Floyd, and the rest of the 70 adn 80's rock bands blew my eardrums out...............see what it did to Jeff Beck...........
It will get old........................sooner or later..........

Right after I installed the BBK EL headers I cranked up the engine before reinstalling the H-pipe. That's the sweetest sound I ever heard coming out of a V8

:SNSign:

Wife wasn't too pleased though

Because you made the first post about quieting down the exhaust.

[Insert old man's voice from The Simpsons]: "Those darn kids."

Sounds good man.. Now put a cam in her

Question though... Any type of Vibration/drone (not talking about a flowmaster style drone, but... if you have it, you'll know what I mean, haha) I ended up ditching my sidepipes, they hung too low and scraped on my trailer whenever I loaded/unloaded (bad enough that they ripped one of the frame peices off 3 times... )

To be honest, it sounds NOTHING like the video, it is SO much louder in person.

And the drone is insane. But I am getting a Borla side exhaust.
