My car VS. a '06 GT

I know I would/did lose, but I was racing D.Hearne's GT (stock) the other day and it wasnt an "ass raping", just a regular raping. lol. My car is pretty mush stock except for straight pipes with side exits and cobra roller rockers. How much closer would 3.73's get me to the '06?

I forgot to mention that it was a race from high speeds. He was pulling on me but not outragesly. I guess what Im asking is what do the 3.73's do once you get oer say 70MPH?. this car just ANIHALATES me out of the hole.

Gears will help but u gotta start modding. Also, this thread probably wont survive very long.

I say gears, intake, pullies, etc if u arent trying to save up to do a h/c/i.

I plan on doing a h/c/i down the road, but this is my daily for now, so just gears and the like.

nitrous would be cheaper. i was able to barely take down 2 ls1 on 1/4, but on highway they blew my doors of.

I am still getting apprx 230 miles on a tank..dunno what gas mileage that is though. It's a third car anyway so I don;t care.

Yeah i average 225-235 per tank. WHich seems to come out to just over 17mph.
