Looks great! Is that a one-piece oil pan gasket? Where did you get it from? I got mine from 50resto (Ford Racing gasket) and it's leaking bad so Im gonna replace it this winter.

I got the pan gasket from O'Reillys but I'm not 100% this one is sealed up either. So we'll see. I torqued it just a little over to give it some extra seal, but who knows.

Haha, Thats actually my laptop. I was listening to iTunes and reading Valvetrain instructions. I never used the VHT, its just 500 degree engine paint from Duplicolor.

Well the intake was originally powdercoated chrome along with the pulleys and alternator. But from you can see in the pics. It was a crappy job and after the first heat cycle, it wasn't chrome anymore. So it looked silver. Then I stripped that off and took it to the aluminum, then painted it black.

I torqued mine a little too much, and I think that's why it's leaking...Could be wrong tho

Well overtorquing can cause leaking but thats if there is not an equal amount of pressure placed on each bolt. I only went a pound or two, so we'll see what happens.

I finally got it all together. Here are the final pics before it gets put in the bay.

I want to, I gotta get my buddy to video it for me and then he can send me the vid so I can link it. But the next step is to get it back in its home, but its snowing right now so I can't quite get that accomplished seeing that I need the garage door to be open to fit the cherry picker.

Well I finally got it in. Got the new balancer, o2 sensor extentions, and I'm nowawaiting a distributor. I also relocated my ccrm again so its mounted up against the frame. Still got a lot of work left but here are pics so far.

Looks great man!! You should stuff a rag in the distributor hole to make sure nothing gets in there.

very good jeremy. do you have longtubes--hence the extensions? i like that ccrm move, did you ever think of removing that abs module.

you gonna go back to supertune for that chip, or did they get it burned last time? we still gotta race.

Yea, Mac long tubes. I've thought about removing it but if I do, I wont be until I build the turbo motor, cause then I'm gonna reroute the entire brake line system so you can't see them. Other than that, I'm not going back to Supertune for my tuning. It just seems like it never gets completely tuned and then Roger just leaves it the best he can get it. So I'm taking it to MC. I made a lot of changes so it should be a lot more hassle free this time.
