One thing that will make your motor run a little bit more rich is some headers. Those are always good to have anyways with forced induction.

Those seem to be STD numbers. That is usually what "uncorrected" means.

Yikes that's way to lean. Stay off the throttle until that issue is cleared up.

??? Stoichiometric (perfect combustion) is 14.7:1 for a N/a Car 15:1 is not so bad... If you look at the chart it shows it going to just below 13:1 with the a/f @5500 rpms. What does KB reccomend the a/f to be @ idle and @ 2500 and again @ 5500? Just curious. Doesn't look way horrible to me, just barely looks lean. What size injectors do have? and do you use a pump booster or completely diferent pump?

for a blower car those numbers are cooking the motor. You want to keep everything (except idle) below 13

No worries man, do you have the dyno run files?? You can put them in SAE with dynojet's run viewer.

To insert the links as pics just click the icon under the "size" drop down that looks lie mountains in a yellow square than put the link in there. Walla.. pics

Hey all,

just read the thread and I thought I would give you guys some insight ont he numbers here. (I am posting on my friends user name) I have a 2002 GT with a KB 9psi kit, bassani x with cats and catback as well as an al/ds and 3.55 gears. My car put down 406 rwhp and 422 rwtq with a custon tune A/F was set a 11.5 all the way accross the board. The timing was also not set very high as I wanted the car to last. To date it has run a best of 12.27 @ 114 mph on a 1.86 60' on street tires not dr's Car is awsome and alot of fun to drive. Hope this helps you guys!

Enjoy!

Those are sick numbers. You are very lucky! But at that A/F level your motor wont last long. Have Ken look into that ASAP. The KB chip is suppose to set the A/F between 11.0 and 11.5 on our motors.

I bet that isn't a KB tune. Not with an a/f like that.

Might not be the tune doing it. He could have something installed incorrectly.

Definitely fix that a/f....and expect your numbers to drop once you do.
