Joe is polite sure, but I dont think parkway gives a rats a$$ about customer service. See my other thread on my nightmare with them.
They've come back to me now and offered $100 in compensation for my damaged heads from them.
I'm royally pissed
Yeah, that's not going to fly. Parkway is going back to UPS to get a better resolution to the problem, but I have lost faith.
