I agree, I run 125 on a h/c/i 302, I had 125 on my stock motor, but I wanted to step it up to 175. If you had a wet kit I wouldnt hesitate to run 250.

There is only so much nitrous a stock headed/cam/intake motor can take and still be useful. He is going to reach the point where one shot well net him close to the same amount of power as the next shot up without upgrading the h/c/i. Kind of like the law of deminishing returns

At this point, I'm pretty happy with the performance it has at the 125 HP setting. So I'm going to stick with that and concentrate on other mods. Such as replacing my AOD with a T-5.

As for the dry versus wet debate, I feel a dry system is much safer for a stock engine than a wet. The stock intake was never intended to have fuel flowing through it. The only way I'd ever go to a wet system is if it was a plate-style that sandwiched between the plenum and the lower intake. But those are way too spendy for me to use with the stock intake. When I eventually get around to doing a H/C/I, I may go that route at that time.

I just ordered the 255Walbro pump this morning. Once it comes ill up the shot to 100-125. Dont really need anymore than that, that should be enough to layu waste to most of the cars in my town:nice:

The 75 shot is nice for now and im sure ill love 125 cause a 100 shot on my Cobra was real nice.
