I'm going to Talladega in April. First Cup race ever. A family friend who lives in Bama has a motorhome and does the whole infield for the weekend deal and has tickets for the infield grandstand. Should be an awesome time. I've followed NASCAR most of my life, but have to admit I haven't followed it as much as I used to. Maybe I should dig out my AK t-shirt that I still have from '93

He thats great should have a wonderful time .. All sorts of things go on that weekend .. ARCA race , i think it ARCA in the Spring race, best race of the weekend .... I live like 15 miles away .. Always go to the Saturday races , dont go to the Cup race anymore , but if attendance is down ....maybe ...

Couldn't stand Dale Sr. I'm more of a Mark Martin type fan. Let your racing do the talking instead of intentionally trying to hurt someone.

Good answer! I was a big Alan Kulwicki guy, even back in his Zerex days. Also like Davey Allison. '93 was a rough year for me. MM became my favorite after that. Truth be told, I do miss the days of rubbin's racin from the 80's. It has become way too sanitized, but with the aero packages and tires what they are now, you just can't let 'em bump like they used to, as we saw on Sunday. Can we bring back the bias ply tire

Rubbin' is racin' is one thing. PIT-ing another driver at 195 is quite another. He goes by and leaves him with a black donut on his car....fine.

What edwards did this last race was no worse then what brad did to edwards last year when he put him in the fence. Im not saying its right but there is two sides to this as well

Not NASCAR, but did anyone see that hit that Larry Pearson took today? I thought there might have been 2 people killed. I haven't seen a wreck like that since 02 or 03 in a stockcar. Those USAR cars are fast, in race trim they were running laps that would qualify in the top 5 in the Nationwide race. Bristol isn't even the fastest track they race at since they also go to Rockingham. Time to update the safety features on that chassis.

Can KuBu be the one to challenge him? Last year it was supposed to be Edwards, and he was jinxed. This year, Hamlin, and he isn't doing too well

No, there's a couple of Roush cars near the top that have top 10's in every race this year so far. Martinsville may put an end to that though, I'm not looking forward to it, but who knows.

I like how Jeff Gordon says he would never race anyone like that. How many times did he do that to Rusty alone? Matt will get him back from trying to run him in the infield.
