can the 13" brakes fit on 17in rims or do you have to have 18's?

they will fit with the 17" rims..cobras have 17's and they come with 13" brakes right?...

what did you purchase? i really have to order mine soon. i had to brake hard the other day and i was pretty scurred to say the least. my rotors are warped b/c i can feel the vibration in the pedal.
