need help asap...

i was cleaning my car (inside) i removed the center console, the shifter boot, the 4 bolts that hold the other boot, the 4 t-30 that hold the shifter and the other 4 bolts that looks like a reservoir, it has very little pink liquid, it is suposse to be full??? if so, what goes in there ???

The red fluid is transmission fluid that splashes up in there. It is not supposed to be full. The fill hole is quite a ways down on the side of the transmission and is not supposed to be filled beyond the fill hole.
