thinking about changing my wheel / tire combo to some 17x9s and 17x10.5s.
i know what i want to run in the front: 255 / 40 / 17. not sure about the back. i know most run a 315 / 35 / 17 but some guys have a little trouble with rubbing and clearance. problems with the fender well, the fender lip and the quad shocks. id like to avoid that. although a set of sumitomo htz's ( 2 - 255s and 2 - 315s ) can be had for $432.70 to the door.
im looking at like a 295 or a 305. now i know some guys run a 295 but im having trouble finding them. and what would be the sizing: 295 / 40 / 17 or 295 / 35/ 17?
please let me know where i can find this size tire and maybe a price?
