Need Help On New Setup, STROKER, AOD, GOOD DEALS

I just bought a 1987 GT, I plan on 331 Stroker, afr 185, but I dont Know which intake to use, any other mods that you think wold work well with this set up would be helpful and where to get the best deals. Also what can I do to improve performance on the tranny.

I like the rpm II and the holley intake for 'not too wild' stroker combo's. I run a tfs R on my 347. I'd like to have used the victor 5.0, but too much bs to run that intake that I didn't wanna do.

For the aod, I don't know much. Definatly a good converter and a cooler. I've seen wide ratio kits and they seem good, but again, no real aod experience.

I run a Performer RPM on my 331 and it works pretty well.

AOD: 3000 stall, www.edgeracingconverters.com make a great stall. Lentech street terminator valvebody to eliminate the stupid Ford 1-D-OD shift pattern. turns it into the better 1-2-3 with elictric switch to engage OD. A good rebuild with A servo, good clutches and steels, tranny cooler and a Transgo or Baumman shift kit.
