need help with brakes!!!!!!!!!!

ok here goes
some idiot in a GTA swung his door open at the track tonight
so to keep from hitting the moron I slammed the brakes
then I noticed the brake pedal didn't come back up
I tried to pull forward and the front brakes were locked tight
I shut the car off and they unlock
start the car back up the pedal goes to the floor by itself and brakes relock
then shut the car off bled the brakes seems fine
hit the brakes hard to burnout they lock up again

I dont know how many miles but its a good idea to change all the fluid, starting at the rear, use a hand vacume pump if possable, on the late models with anti-lock they claim not to force the pistons back unless the bleeder is open when changing pads, the fluid does break down and I had to bleed all the fluid till it was clean as water, when I started it was really dark & thick, good dot #3 or #4 is the trick.... check the rotors make sure theres no grease on them....road test hitting the brakes for a test....good luck it helped my 99 and now when ever I'm doing a brake job all new fluid its a good idea on fast cars....
