need help with gt40 iron spring upgrade quick

i searched on the topic and thumper has good info but i need a quick drop in replacement my car is floating the valves with stock shortblock and e303 cam
they have stock springs and i though the would be strong enough in the past i ran e7s with f303 and had no problem. is the trick flow upgrade set pretty good choice? also one guy said he was using crane which are 20 cheaper im on a budget. but the crane has diffrent installed height what should the installed height be on gt4s there 3 bar supposed to be of 95 cobra. i need to order today im going to cruise week in ocean city next week thanks guys for the info
